After a lot of tinkering, I’ve put this website together. It’s a huge step and I’m happy to be taking it.
To share a little of my story, I was someone who studied art and animation in San Jose State University and CSU Northridge. Upon graduation, I did storyboard revision work for Moonscoop (later kn0wn as Splash Entertainment) on the show Lalaloopsy. I worked on other projects but ending up needing to get jobs outside of animation to financially support myself and my family. I wasn’t able to get another studio job and I was worried that my life as an artist was over but I realized that Professional Wrestling was another way I can keep my art going.
At first, I made quick and crude drawings as they were in keeping with how my character, Auntie Hydie, would draw but as I got to be a part of more and more storylines, the art style kept evolving. Eventually, I made quick comics to promote fueds I was in. It was as if my spirit was coming back to life.
Despite a bunch of life based setbacks, I’m continuing forth with my art and hopefully, it’ll reach a point where I can fully sustain myself with it. Won’t you join me on this journey?
The main sections to showcase my main wrestling and commission artwork are completed. I’ll have a section for the completed comics separately. Perhaps I’ll have the roughs available on a Patreon or the like.
